Customer Reviews & RatingsFour-star rating icon based on positive guest reviews for the Borneo Divers Mabul Resort.

"Our over-the-water chalet had a panoramic view of the Celebes Sea and we could spot sea turtles and reef fish right from our balcony. The dive crew was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us explore Mabul and Kapalai's world-class muck diving sites. The resort was peaceful with only 20 chalets and the food was delicious. It was a dream scuba diving trip come true!" - Elisa Mertens, Antwerp, Belgium

"Sipadan Water Village is a lovely place to stay while diving at Sipadan. The resort itself and the clear water that surrounds it are beautiful and unforgettable. The rooms are very large and in very good condition. Each bungalow chalet sits above the reef on stilts and has a veranda on the front. My room had an excellent view of Sipadan and the Seaventure rig. The rooms are serviced every day by friendly, professional staff who also replenish the coffee, tea and water. All the staff were keen to please and smiled warmly. The dive crew were friendly and our dive trips were well organized by the center. The staff were always on time and well prepared so that we left as scheduled for each dive. The guides are locals who know the topography and sea life and all of them have been diving in the local area for five or more years." - Mark Cooper, London, UK

"Diving at Sipadan Island was magical. We got permits almost everyday and that was really lucky as it is quite rare. There is unlimited diving at the resort's house reef (paradise 2) with a whole lot of fishes and macro marine life. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable." - Clarence Moore, Melbourne, Australia

"If you are a diver, this is one of the places you should not miss. The spectacular dive sites and rich marine life apart, the behavior of the resort staff was also very good. They did everything to make our stay comfortable." - Teo Kong, Nanning Guangxi, China
