The resorts offers 45 beautifully designed water cottage accommodations.

Inspired from local Bajau architecture, the resort is entirely built over the water on ironwood stilts and is connected to mabul island by a long wooden pier.

Diving

Divers have easy access to the the world-class island of Sipadan and can also enjoy excellent diving around Mabul along with unlimited dives in front of the resort's dive center.

The underwater world at Mabul is totally different from Sipadan's and is world reknown for it's abundant macro marine life located just next to the resort, accessible just by swimming from the dive center.

SWV world class dive centre is well equipped with over 300 aluminium tanks and rental sets of diving gears along with 5 Bauer compressors. There are also lockers, showers, toilet and a resting area with complimentary snack, hot coffee and tea.

SWV uses custom-built fibreglass diving boats which can carry 12 divers each along with divemasters and a boatmaster.

Dining

The sea-view restaurant serves exquisite buffet style Asian and Western cuisines with impeccable service.

Lounge

An open-air lounge and bar terraced area offers breathtaking sea-views over the Celebes Sea, music and videos for guests.

Other facitilies

Other resort facilities includes the dive centre which provides diving, snorkeling and kayaking equipment for rent, spa services, wifi in the lobby, an helipad, a bar, a souvenir shop, a minimart, video services, 24h staff on call, babysitting services, foreign currency exchange and tour desk.

Deluxe Cottages

• Size: 1068 sq.ft.

Standard cottages

• Size: 714 sq.ft.
• King size bed

• Two twin beds
• Balcony offering sea or island view
• Tea/coffee making facilities

All rooms come with private sundeck, ceiling fans, mini-bar, couch, settee, wooden wardrobe, hair dryer, electric point (220V).

The maximum occupancy is 3 adults (or two adults and two children) per room. Triple sharing does not apply to Junior Cottages.

Diver's package

Price quoted are all inclusives except for scuba diving equipment.

Sipadan Water Village diving package includes:

• Land / Boat transfer from Tawau to Sipadan Water Village (return)
• Chalet Accommodation on twin or triple share basis at the resort
• 3 daily boat dives - Mabul - Kapalai - Sipadan
• Unlimited Mabul House Reef diving
• Use of tanks, weights and weight belts
• All meals: freshly cooked by our chef
• Snacks, tea, coffee, cold water served throughout the day
• Taxes

Note: buying the diving package at the Sipadan Water Village Resort does not guarantee dives at Sipadan. Also divers will be put on the waiting list and will be sent to Sipadan at no extra cost upon availability. Chances for diving Sipadan are high if the guest stays longer (2+ nights at least).

Non diver's package
