Mabul Water Bungalows es un resort de lujo
construido recientemente sobre el mar, situado cerca de sister
resort SMART en la
parte sudeste de la isla de Mabul con vistas a la isla de

Buceo
El centro de buceo de Mabul Water Bungalows tiene la clasificacion
de PADI Gold Palm Resort.
Ademas de buceos diarios desde barco, Mabul Water Bungalows
ofrece inlimitados buceos frente al Resort (incluidos buceos
nocturnos).
El centro de buceo SMART TEC ofrece buceo con aire enriquecido
y Technical International (TDI).
El centro TEC es perfecto para buceadores tecnicos que quieren
bucear en las aguas de Mabul
y Sipadan y ofrece cursos
de buceo en cuevas y buceos guiados a la famosa Turtle

Mabul Water Bungalows dive centre is well equipped with over
180 aluminium tanks along with 4 Bauer compressors.
Mabul Water Bungalows uses six custom built fiberglass dive
boats able to carry 10 divers each and get to any of the island
dive sites in about 15 minutes. Each boat goes out 3 times
a day.
Health Spa
The Ka'andaman Spa is a haven for the body and mind where
one can relax and soothe pain away with a gentle massage.

Other facitilies
Facilities at Mabul Water Bungalows include a large open
air pavillion restaurant for dining, a souvenirs shop, a business
center with broadband internet, the dive center and a health
spa.
Rooms
There are 15 exquisitely designed detached water bungalows.
Each chalet is beautifuly furnished, equipped with a private
and spacious balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, private
bathroom with hot and cold shower, a Satellite TV, a mini-bar,
electric point (220V) and safety box.
Diver's package
Price quoted are all inclusives except for scuba diving equipment.
Sipadan Mabul Resort diving package includes:
- Land / Boat transfer from Tawau to Semporna Jetty - Mabul
Water Bungalows (return)
- Bungalow type accommodation on twin-sharing basis
- 3 boat dives per day - Mabul - Kapalai - Sipadan
- Unlimited jetty's Mabul House Reef diving
- Use of tanks with air, weights and weight belt
- All food and beverage while at the resort (excluding fruit
juice, alcoholic and soft drinks)
- Taxes
Note: Please take note that the permit to
Sipadan Island is NOT GUARANTEED. Divers will be put on the
Sabah Parks waiting list. Chances for diving Sipadan are higher
if the guest stays longer (2+ nights at least).
Non diver's package
Price quoted are all inclusives except for diving and snorkeling
equipment.
Sipadan Mabul Resort non-diving package includes:

Water Bungalows (return)
- Chalet Accommodation on twin share basis
- All meals and beverage (excludes fruit juice, alcoholic
and carbonated soft drinks)

Booking is advisable at least 60 days in advance. Late booking
is available subject to availability.
